my mission
Nii Noi Omaboe is a sustainability professional, certified facilitator, self-development coach, and convener working at the intersection of people, planet, and purpose.
He has worked with and alongside UN-Habitat, GIZ, the World Economic Forum, Fondation Botnar, and Google-supported initiatives to design and deliver high-impact sustainability programs, leadership workshops, and multi-stakeholder dialogues. He has coordinated national and regional platforms including the Ghana National Plastic Action Partnership. He has trained 150+ youth leaders across cities on climate, circularity, and urban transformation.
Alongside his work on building coalitions, he designs and facilitates training, staff offsites, nature retreats, collective care circles, reflective workshops that enables resilience and wellbeing, human and institutional capacity that help people to perform their roles effectively. He also organizes one-to-one coaching that supports individuals to manage burnout risk, build emotional resilience, and lead with clarity, balance, and grounded purpose.
When he’s not working, he enjoys quietly reflecting, reading, self-expressing through creative content, and experiencing God’s diverse creation through travel and nature.

Nii Noi Omaboe played a key role in guiding participants through the design thinking process. He facilitated an engaging and highly interactive session that supported innovators in developing solutions grounded in the lived realities and needs of persons with disabilities. I greatly admire his professionalism, presence, and ability to create an enabling environment for meaningful dialogue and creativity.
Nii Noi's workshops, when we organised with the Centre for Green Growth Africa to deliver a series of Green Jobs training workshops in Accra and Kumasi, were characterised by strong interaction, clarity of delivery, and practical relevance for participants. We particularly valued his facilitation presence, responsiveness to participant dynamics.
We had the opportunity to work with Nii Noi Omaboe during a team development session on “The Hidden Drivers of Team Effectiveness: MBTI Personality Awareness, Active Listening & Feedback Culture.” His facilitation created a highly engaging and reflective environment that allowed our team to explore important dynamics around personality differences, communication styles, and constructive feedback. The session was well-paced, interactive with a lot of activities and icebreakers and just relevant to our team’s day-to-day interactions. We appreciated Nii’s facilitation style, that is 60% participants activity and 40% expert content. We believe it will influence how we work together as a team.
